Janathon 16 – evening gym


No lunch time walk today – instead an enjoyable bring-and-share lunch with work colleagues. Here is a wall painting I spotted on the school campus nearby.


Honestly, if it wasn’t for Janathon and those inspiring individuals who come home after a long day at work and go out for a 10K run, I would not have even considered exercising this evening.

But it is Janathon and I felt accountable.

So off I went to the gym in the rain. Two miles walking, counting the walk to and from the gym and the warm-up and cool-down on the treadmill. Two miles on the bike and 4 miles run on the treadmill in 38:50.

Glad I went!

Total running: 34.1 miles
Total walking: 23 miles
Total cycling: 21 miles
Total Yoga: 1 hr
