It seems not so easy to let go of Janathon … 🙂
Since it is not such a bad habit to exercise daily I will try to continue logging my activities on the RunningFree site.
On Saturday I ran 6.2 miles in 58:48 – that’s probably something of a PB.
I will try our local running group tomorrow evening (I have already checked the weather to make sure it won’t put me off … it will hopefully stay dry and I should be fine) and have signed up for a 10K in March.
Perhaps I will try to blog once a week to keep recording my weekly totals.
