One the weather front, we had some snow during the night, but at some point it must have turned into rain and not much remained by morning.
I did my usual resistance circuit and then went 30 minutes on the treadmill. Did a hill workout on the treadmill and managed to keep an average pace of 5:44 mins/km.
That means I have now run over 100K this Janathon and have beaten last year’s distance. Yay!
Now I am making carrot and lentil soup and will put my feet up for a bit. Have a good day!
