Me, I’m getting ready to run 10 K later this month. Oh, and I will be wearing a knitted Poirot moustache. As you do.
I had a fall a few weeks ago, which set me back a bit. Then, when I tried to make up for lost time, I started getting shin splits.
For now I have reduced my mileage, sticking with the treadmill in the gym, and have bought new running shoes.
