Day 11 – Body Conditioning

Today I was back at the gym, this time to try Body  Conditioning. More squats and lunges, more upper body exercises and more core work. The group was quite small, so it was much harder to hide and slack than it had been during Bodypump.
However, I also found it more fun than Bodypump – more physical and dancey, which distracted from the tedium of the repeated exercises.

I must admit that I quite like these exercise classes. It is certainly good to go through all muscles groups. Running really is fairly limited in that.

After the class I ran the long way home. Perhaps I’ll take it easy tomorrow.

Run: 3 miles
Body Conditioning: 45 minutes
