I thought we had escaped the snow last night, because all we had was rain and wind – but this morning it started snowing. It gave me the chance to try out my new full-length cold-weather leggings. (They are a bit on the tight side, but do the trick). I ran to the gym in the snow, then joined the Bodypump class.
During the session the snow kept falling heavily, and I considered a run back in the snow… but by the end it had stopped and the snow was already melting.
The gym scales told me that I have gained a lb in weight. I blame the full-length leggings. Oh, and extra muscle!
